How do I connect to the server?
We have two servers tailored to each region of the planet. You can click here to connect to the US server, or click here to connect to the EU server. You can also find us on the featured server list, under the name of Mega's Games.
What does the server have to offer?
Mega's Games features action-packed vehicular and on-foot gamemodes, and the inclusion of a Free Mode server. It also features eight different types of Races that utilize procedural track generation, also leaderboards for custom track records, accessible in the Social Menu by pressing HOME in-game. Our servers run on a voting screen, allowing you to vote on what should be played next, as well as the map and vehicle class.
Am I allowed to use mods on the server?
To keep a fair gameplay environment for everyone, mods are not allowed on the server. Pure mode level 2 is activated on the server, which means you need a clean installation of GTA V to join. If you actively use mods, make sure to verify your game files before joining.
Can I join the server using GTA V Enhanced?
Not yet. Currently, only the Legacy version is supported by FiveM. Once FiveM updates to the Enhanced version, you will be able to enjoy Mega's Games with higher graphic fidelity, frame rates, and HSW vehicle upgrades.
How do I become a Member of Mega's Games?
Anybody can become a Member of Mega's Games by acquiring a membership from our store. This initiative helps us cover our ongoing server costs and allow us to continue making unique gameplay experiences!
How long does it take for me to receive my purchase?
You will be asked to login to your Discord and cfx.re account before you make your purchase. After you have received your confirmation email, your purchase will immediately be updated to our servers. Please ensure your FiveM is linked to your cfx.re account, or your package will not function in-game until you link your account. If you are online on our server, you will need to restart your FiveM client to receive your package(s).

Is my save data synchronized between servers?
Yes, it is. You can play on the US server and then continue playing on the EU server with the same save data.

PROPERTIES & VEHICLES
How do I customize my character?
Upon joining for the first time, you will be prompted with the Character Creator. Within the Character Creator, you can select outfits, customize your facial features, and change your stance. Should you want to change your character again, open the Interaction Menu by pressing the M button on your keyboard, and select Alter Character Appearance.
How do I acquire and customize vehicles?
Over 1000 vehicles can be acquired from the showroom, accessible from any of the properties in Free Mode. Then, you may customize them within the aforementioned properties or during our gamemode/race lobbies. They can be spawned in Free Mode by opening the Interaction Menu and selecting Personal Vehicles submenu.
What are Properties?
Properties are various types of garages which range from low-end to high-end like the mansion, which unlocks at Rank 100. Use them to display and upgrade your vehicles and even invite friends over to showcase your rides and how you arranged them.
How do I invite someone into my Property, Party, or Server?
You may send an invitation to players by using the Social Menu, which is accessible by pressing the HOME button on your keyboard. To accept an invite you received, open the Interaction Menu and select Invites.
How do I Fast Travel?
Open the Interaction Menu and select Fast Travel. Then, choose from any of the available landmarks, players, or unlocked properties, and if you’d like to be spawned in your most recently used Personal Vehicle.
What is the number displayed beside everyone’s name in the player list?
The number represents their current level, which increases as more RP is earned. You earn RP by taking part in any of our gamemodes and races, and also by unlocking achievements.
PARTIES - THE ESSENTIALS
What are parties?
Parties introduce new ways to play with your friends in Mega's Games. To create a party, you must reach level 5, then open the Interaction Menu with M, open Parties, and select Create Party.
How do I invite my friend into my party?
To invite players to your party, open the Social Menu using HOME, select the player you wish to invite and select Invite to Party. This only works if you are an Officer or Leader, unless the party is public. You can also share the party's join code anywhere, allowing players to join without invitations.
What is the difference between a private party and a public party?
In a private party, only Officers and the Leader can invite players into the party. Public parties are joinable through the Social Menu's Party tab by any player, and any party member can send invites to any player.
Can I join more than one party?
No, you cannot join more than one party in one server region. You can be in one party on the EU server and in another one on the US server.
What are the benefits of being in a party?
The benefits of being in a party include playing with your members on the same team in team-based modes and additional RP bonuses for playing with them in any mode. Plus, depending on the settings, all members can have the same player color, wear the party tag that is set, and access party-only text chat with U.
What are the party ranks available and what do they do?
There are three party ranks available: Member, Officer, and Leader. In simple terms:
• Members do not have permission to manage party settings or invite players to the party, unless it's a public party.
• Officers can change party settings, invite, kick, and ban players from the party, and if the Leader has a membership or acquired Party Server Hosting Bundle, create party servers for all members to join.
• Leader can control every aspect of the party. In addition to all abilities granted to Officers, party Leaders can purge parties, transfer leadership to a member, or delete the party.
How do I join the party server?
If an Officer or Leader has created a party server, you can join it by going into the Party submenu in the Interaction Menu and select Join Party Server.
A player is misbehaving in my party server. What actions can I take?
Officers and Leaders can kick or ban players from the server through the party list present in the Interaction Menu or the Social Menu. You can also invoke the same type of punishments for the player from the party.
After joining a party, I noticed I no longer spawn in the Hub sometimes. Why is that?
This is due to your Follow Party Leader setting. You can toggle this behavior in Interaction Menu » Settings » Gameplay.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I'm stuck loading into the server!
If this happens, relaunch your FiveM and attempt to connect to the server once more. If the issue persists, clear your FiveM cache, reinstall FiveM, or reboot your computer.
How do I clear my FiveM cache?
Right click the FiveM desktop icon and select Open File Location. Then, open the FiveM Application Data folder, followed by the data folder and delete two folders named server-cache and server-cache-priv.
I tried to join, but I'm receiving a "DLC files are missing (or corrupted) in your game installation." error message. What do I do?
Make sure your GTA V is up to date (using Steam, Rockstar Games Launcher, or Epic Games Launcher) and, most importantly, that FiveM is using the correct GTA V installation path in FiveM Application Data\CitizenFX.ini file (IVPath field).
Sometimes, while playing, I get kicked for high latency. How do I stop this from happening?
We have checks that ensure we provide a lag-free experience to all our players. Avoid using Wi-Fi, it is unstable and will result in latency and packet loss spikes. Always use Ethernet for a much more stable connection. Also, make sure you are playing on the server that is regionally closer to you, either the US server or the EU server.
